Traveling in Airplanes is easy, comfortable, and fast. We enjoy flying. We should also know how these airplanes are made. Earlier, Strong fabric and wood were used to build airplanes. In next phase, lightweight sheet metal was used. Today, airplanes are made with a mixture of metals which is less weight and also strong. Weight, lift, thrust and drag – all these force should be hard to stay in proper place for efficient flying. The sharp nose like body called as fuselage is given a sleek and smooth design to move easily. Big wings create lift and help to take off and fly. The fuel for the airplane is inside the big wings. The airplane designers should also decide the speed of the plane and break the four forces accordingly.
