3100 years ago, Chocolates were used to mark some occasion in Central America where as now the people crave for them. In 1100 BC researches identified the source of chocolate from the residue of the cocoa plant. Chocolates used as a celebratory for the Aztecs and Mayans were changed to luxury commodity after 500 years in Mesoamerica. John Henderson one of the anthropologists of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York said that the cocoa was used to make a new beverage long time before it was identified. The scientists also expressed that in earlier days the cocoa brew was served in 10 small vessels at Weddings and births.
