NASA, worldwide well-known independent agency of US Government is in charge for development and use of aircraft and spaceflight. It is hard to believe that an individual has hacked into the Computers of NASA. Gary McKinnon of UK who is suffering from a mild form of autism, out of his passion in science started to explore and research about Science in late 1990s. As he was continuing this regularly for years thereafter, he could hack into the Computers of NASA as they were not password protected. He found much information which has been concealed in the public domain. In 2002, his activity was closely watched by an agency and was charged a fine with 6 months community service in UK. But the American demanding to transfer and give him face trial in US arrested again in 2005 for 60-70 years of imprisonment. Gary refuses to accept indictment and says that he has just browsed the files and expressed his view on certain level of poor security. What will be his fate?
